To generate a Site Built Dwelling quote, you enter required information into modernLINK® forms displayed in your browser. Built-in editing rules and a software-based underwriting engine help to generate quick, accurate quotes.
If the supplied information passes validation and meets underwriting criteria, a quote can be immediately submitted for issuance. If a quote is not immediately validated and requires additional review by American Modern underwriters, the quote can be submitted with an attached memo. If a quote should not be submitted or requires review because of underwriting exceptions, system messages advise you of potential problems. (See "Submit the Quote" for additional information on quote and application statuses.)
You can print a quote or save it for later updating without submitting it. Quotes that are saved without being submitted for review or issuance can be retrieved for six months.
