Most Agency Management functions, such as adding Sub-Producing Organizations, Licensed Producers or Processors, require a modernLINK Profile Administrator security profile. However, all users can view their individual Client Information (see View/Manage Hierarchy).
The Agency Management System defines the relationship between American Modern, its business partners and their organizations, including Contract Holders, Sub-producing Organizations, Licensed Producers, Licensed Employees and Processors. Using the system, Profile Administrators are able to manage and update their own agency Client Information , as well as all details of their children . Using the Policy Management service of modernLINK, agencies can track policies and quotes generated by entities within their hierarchy .
The system offers a single, consolidated view of business partner organization structure and allows Profile Administrator to view and edit information such as:
Licensing details
Security profiles
Product authority of their children
Commission rates of their children
The Agency Management System provides a number of additional benefits:
Automated delivery of username and password information via e-mail.
Automated state appointments (where required) for those licensed entities with accepted credit and background checks.
Automatic notification of appointment, so you will no longer need to mail a notification to the agent.

To access Agency Management:
Click the Agency Management tab on the modernLINK home page.
The Agency Management home (search) page opens.
Choose an option:
Click View/Manage Hierarchy in the left hand menu to view the hierarchy in which you exist, update your Client Information or, if authorized, add a Sub-Producing Organization, Licensed Producer, or Processor to the hierarchy.
Enter search criteria to search for a person or business in the Agency Management System.
