Hierarchy Summary

Updating client details requires Administrative privileges. However, all users can view their individual client details such address, phone or e-mail address.

The Hierarchy Summary page provides a place for you to view or, if authorized, update personal information, such as address, phone, or e-mail. modernLINK Administrators can view or edit their Agency Management Client Information modernLINK defines all businesses and individuals with which it conducts business in the Client Subsystem. An applicant, insured, Contract Holder, Sub-Producing Organization, Licensed Producer or Processor are all considered clients. Client information includes details such as business or home mailing addresses, phone numbers and e-mail addresses. or all information for their Sub-Producing Organizations, Licensed Producers, Licensed Employees, or Processors. Another way of putting it is that parents A "parent" is an organization defined in the Agency Management System that manages "child" organizations or individuals. For example, a Contract Holder can be the parent of a Sub-Producing Organization (SPO). The SPO could, in turn, be the parent of a Licensed Producer or Processor. can view/edit all of their children's information and children can view their parents' client information.

To view or update Agency Management details:

1. Click Agency Management on the home page tabs.

The Agency Management Search page opens.

2. Click View/Manage Hierarchy in the left hand menu.

The Hierarchy Summary page opens.
