Updating client details requires Administrative privileges. However, all users can view their individual client details such address, phone or e-mail address.
The Hierarchy Summary page provides a place for you to view or, if authorized, update personal information, such as address, phone, or e-mail. modernLINK Administrators can view or edit their Agency Management Client Information or all information for their Sub-Producing Organizations, Licensed Producers, Licensed Employees, or Processors. Another way of putting it is that parents can view/edit all of their children's information and children can view their parents' client information.
To view or update Agency Management details:
Click Agency Management on the home page tabs.
The Agency Management Search page opens.
Click View/Manage Hierarchy in the left hand menu.
The Hierarchy Summary page opens.
