Checking Quote Status  

To find the status of a quote you submitted, follow the steps to search for a quote or quotes.

Typically, when you submit a quote, it has one of two statuses:

• Issued: For authorized users, the quote has passed all underwriting rules and will be processed overnight.

• Under Review: The quote has been submitted but one or more underwriting issues require review by a managing agent or American Modern underwriter.

Quote statuses are indicated on the search results page.

Quote Statuses

Saved-Not Rated	The quote has been saved before modernLINK® has returned a premium (after first page completed).
Rated	modernLINK has returned a premium for the quote but the quote has not been submitted.
Rating Error	modernLINK has encountered an error during the rating process.
Under Review	The quote has been submitted but one or more underwriting issues require review.
Issued	The quote has been or is going to be processed overnight for issuance.
Declined	The quote has been declined.
