Set Up Licensed Producer: Introduction

A Licensed Producer is an individual in possession of a current, valid insurance license that is part of a Contract Holder or Sub-Producing Organization.

The authority to set up Licensed Producers requires a modernLINK Profile Administrator security profile.

To set up a new Licensed Producer:

1. On the modernLINK home page, click the Agency Management tab.

2. Click View/Manage Hierarchy.

3. Select the entity A business or person defined in the modernLINK Agency Management System. Entities include Contract Holders, Sub-Producing Organizations, Licensed Producers and Processors. to which you want to add the Licensed Producer.
