The authority to assign contract addenda transactions requires an American Modern Licensing & Contracts Profile Administrator security profile.
The Assign Addendum page provides a place for you to assign an addendum, selected addenda, or an addenda group, to existing contracts.
To assign addenda:
Select the check box of the contract to which you wish to assign the selected addendum, addenda or group.
Click Next.
The Contract Addendum Processing page opens showing the addendum(-da) or group assigned to the selected contract.
Follow the steps to complete the contract details.
