Attached memos or diaries can be viewed from within an open quote or policy.
Diaries assigned to your group or to you individually can be viewed from the Tools tab of the modernLINK home page. The diaries list can also be accessed via the Diaries link in the Activity Summary section of the home page.
To view a memo or diary attached to a policy or quote:
To view policy memos and diaries, after searching for and opening a policy, click Diaries and Memos on the policy details tabs.
To view quote diaries and memos, click Diaries and Memos on the right hand navigation menu.
The Diaries and Memos list opens.
