Agent Billing OptionAgent Billing Option
Manufactured Home Rate, Quote and Submit provides flexible billing options.
The Agent Billing Option form provides a place for you to select the billing options such as payment plan, down payment amount, and the billing renewal option.
To select a billing option:
Select an Agent Billing Option from the list.
Agent billing options and results include:
090 - Direct Bill. Bills are sent directly to the applicant or the lienholder.
If 090 - Direct Bill is selected, the Billing Information page opens.
092- Agency Bill First Life/Direct Bill Renewal. The bill is sent to the agent as part of the statement listing all of the policies issued for the month. American Modern automatically generates a renewal and sends it and the renewal bill directly to the applicant.
If 092- Agency Bill First Life/Direct Bill Renewal is selected, the Billing Option form is re-displayed with the Send renewal bills to list.
094- Agency Bill First Life and Renewal. American Modern automatically generates a renewal and sends it to the applicant but the bill is sent to the agent as part of the monthly statement.
002- Agency Bill - No Automatic Renewal. The bill is sent to the agent as part of the statement listing all of the policies issued for the month. American Modern does not automatically renew the policy.
If 094- Agency Bill First Life and Renewal or 002- Agency Bill - No Automatic Renewal is selected, the Billing Option form is re-displayed.
Do one of the following:
For 090 - Direct Bill, follow the steps to Enter Billing Information.
For 092- Agency Bill First Life/Direct Bill Renewal, select Insured or Lienholder from the Send renewal bills to list to determine where the renewal bill will be sent. 
For 094- Agency Bill First Life and Renewal or 002- Agency Bill - No Automatic Renewal, click Submit to submit the quote or click Summary to view the Summary Information page.
