Watercraft:
Dinghies/Dories/SkiffsDinghies, sometimes referred to as "tenders," are used to commute from shore to a boat or ship moored offshore. A dinghy is any type of small, open boat, such as a row boat or life boat.
Dinghies can be rowboats, or small boats powered by small motors.
A small inflatable watercraft qualifies as a dinghy.
A dory is similar to a dinghy but with a wider, flatter hull , sharp prow and higher sides. A skiff is very similar to a dory, with a square stern.

Small size with limited seating
Shallow draft
Some dinghies are eligible for insurance in the First Choice program, but other human-powered boats — canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, etc. — are ineligible for American Modern insurance.
