Serial Number

The hull The main body of the boat. serial numbers assigned by the manufacturer.

• May be a combination of letters and numbers.

• The letters ”I,” ”O” and ” Q” are excluded because they could be mistaken for numbers.

Month/Year of Certification or Manufacture

The month and year of certification or manufacture. Months are A - L (January - December) and year is last digit of year.

In this example ”D” means April and "4" means 2004.
