The Cancellation Confirmation page provides a place for to review policy cancellation details and to print the Lost Policy Release form. This form must be printed and signed by the insured.
To print the Lost Policy Release:
Click Print.
The Windows print dialog opens and you can select your local print options.
To return to policy view, click Exit.
