Normal support hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. After-hours system support is available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time, and on weekends from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern Time. After-hours calls will be answered by voice mail. A System Support analyst will return your after-hours call within one hour.
