Coverage when the insured is involved in an accident in Michigan. The coverage will either pay up to the buyback limits for the property damage to another motor vehicle for which the insured is legally responsible or reimburse the insured, up to the coverage limits for a small claims court judgement for property damage to another motor vehicle.
