Type of Supplemental Heat Source

Select the type of supplemental heat source from the list.

Wood or Coal Burning Stove. Wood, coal, or pellet burning stoves or any other heating device that is not thermostatically controlled is considered a supplemental heating device. Photos of the heat source, as well as, the piping and/or venting are required for all risks with a supplemental heating device in either the dwelling or another structure.  

Portable Space Heater. Electric Portable (Plug-In) Heaters circulate warm air and provides direct warmth. Electric Portable (Plug-In) Heaters are not acceptable in any program; do not bind, do not submit.

Kerosene heater. Kerosene or portable space heaters are not acceptable; do not bind, do not submit.
