Quote SummaryQuote Summary
The Summary page opens when you click Next on the Billing Information page. It offers you a complete view of the application. You can submit the application from this page by clicking Submit.
The Summary page consists of the following information:
The Quote Information fields display information about the current quote.
To change the Effective Date prior to submitting the quote, return to the Basic Information page. Policy Term can be changed only for vacant programs on the Available Programs page.
Quote ID, Date of Quote and Policy Number are system-generated and cannot be changed.
The Client Information fields display information about the applicant.
To make changes to applicant information prior to submitting the quote, return to the Client page .
Agency Information fields display information about the agency related to your modernLINK® user ID.
The Sub-Producer Information fields display info if you are logged into modernLINK as a Sub-Producer.
The Dwelling Information fields display information about the property being insured.
To make changes to dwelling information prior to submitting the quote, return to the Basic Info and Eligibility pages.
The Coverage Information fields display the coverage options you have selected.
To change coverages prior to submitting the quote, return to the Coverages page (selecting a different Eligible Product or Available Program also changes coverages).
To makes changes to the Loss History information prior to submitting the quote, return to the Eligibility page.
The Memos box displays memos attached to the quote.
To add a memo prior to submitting the quote, click ADD ADDITIONAL EXPLANATION.
The Billing Information fields display the billing options selected for the current quote.
To makes changes to the billing information prior to submitting the quote, return to the Billing page.
This field contains the value of the Dwelling determined by Marshall and Swift Boeckh (MSB), based on the specifics of the home entered in both modernLINK and the MSB Cost Estimator.
The Replacement Cost is the same value as Reconstruction Cost with Debris Removal on MSB's RCT Express site.
The View MSB Report (PDF) opens a PDF of the home valuation for this quote from MSB's RCT Express site. You may save a copy of this and share it with the customer.
