Label

Description

Territory

Geographical location, defined using actuarial methodology, that is used to define the rate for coverage of a unit.

Address

Unit location street address (overflow).

Street

The location address of the dwelling.

City, State, Zip

The location city, state and ZIP code of the dwelling.

Year

The year that any particular unit was constructed or manufactured.

Construction

Type of material used to manufacture/build the unit.

Usage

Purpose for which a unit is used.

Deductible Amount

The amount of a covered loss that an insured is responsible to assume.

Unit Value

Maximum amount for which a specific unit is insured.

Purchase Date

Date that ownership of a specific unit is transferred to the insured.
