Lienholder

Lienholder information includes:

Label	Description
Lienholder ID	Number assigned to the lienholder by American Modern.
Lienholder Name	Name of the financial institution or individual that advances funds to the insured to purchase a unit and that holds the title to the unit until the funds are repaid.
Name/Address	The lienholder's name or address overflow information.
Address Line 1	The lienholder's mailing street address.
Address Line 2	The lienholder's additional address information.
City, State, and Zip	The lienholder's mailing city, state and ZIP.
Unit Number	Sequence number of one particular unit on a multi-unit policy.
Loan Number	Number assigned to a loan by a financial institution.

Additional Insured information includes:

First Name	Additional insured's first name.
Last Name	Additional insured's last name.
Home Phone	Additional insured's home phone number.
Work Phone	Additional insured's work phone number.
Address Line 1	Additional insured's address street number.
Address Line 2	Additional insured's additional address information.

State	Additional insured's address state.

Zip Code Suffix	The four-digit ZIP code extension.
Date of Birth	Additional insured's date of birth.
Social Security Number	Additional Insured's social security number.
Tax ID Number	The identifying number assigned to a business or individual for the purposes of reporting federal taxes.
