Indicates whether a premium reduction is applied due to the insured successfully completing a state approved driver safety course.

Discount Certificate Expiration Date

Expiration date of a mature driver certificate. A mature driver discount applied to the policy will no longer be valid at the first renewal following this date.

Accident/Violation 1

An American Modern code which represents a conviction appearing on a state Motor Vehicle Record.

Accident/Violation 1 Date

The date a conviction occurred as documented on a state Motor Vehicle Record.

Driver Excluded
