Inflation guard automatically increases the insured’s limit of liability for the dwelling and adjacent structures to protect against the increasing costs to repair or replace the dwelling and adjacent structures.
The limits of liability shown on the Declarations Page for the dwelling and adjacent structures will be increased by 1 and 1/4 percent of the amounts shown on the Declarations Page at the end of each three-month period after the effective date.
