Saving a Quote

The Manufactured Home Rate, Quote and Submit program allows you to save a quote so that you may later return to update or print it. You can either save the current quote as is or save it as a new quote. This is useful for keeping a record of different options you provide to a applicant prior to submitting a final application.

Quotes that are saved can be viewed in the Rate, Quote and Submit system for six months. If the quote is released as a policy, it is deleted from view in the Rate and Quote system after 30 days. Policies can be viewed in the Policy Inquiry system.

To save a quote:

1. On the page menu bar, move the pointer over the Save menu.

The Save menu opens.

2. Do one of the following:

• To save the current quote as is, click Current Quote.

• To save the current quote as a new quote, click As New Quote.

The system confirms that your quote has been saved.

Information entered into modernLINK forms persists if you click Next to proceed from page to page. However, the system does not automatically save quote information. Save your quote to avoid losing it.
